Steven Fleming Memorial Scholarship
Recipients of the Steven Fleming Memorial Scholarship must maintain a 2.5 college cumulative GPA with preference to students in Cooke County majoring in Criminal Justice. Students residing in Denton and Montague counties and Graham will be considered if no Cooke County students submit an application.
