Glenn Scott Scholarship

Lynn Scott Peters established the Glenn Scott Scholarship to assist NCTC students in two different areas.

1) Depending on interest availability, two scholarships will be given according to the following criteria: Preference will be given to someone who is graduating or has graduated from Era ISD. If no one from Era ISD qualifies, then preference will be given to someone who is graduating or has graduated from Valley View, Lindsay, Muenster, or Callisburg. Graduating seniors that are the valedictorian of their class are not eligible. A minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA must be maintained.

2) Depending on interest availability, three scholarships will be awarded to students pursuing an Associate degree in Fire Science or a Basic Firefighting certification. If three qualified applicants are not available, these scholarships can be awarded utilizing the criteria defined above. A minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA must be maintained.
