American Petrolium Institute Scholarship

In 1994, members of the Texoma Chapter of the American Petroleum Institute funded a scholarship to assist Cooke County residents with a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. This scholarship continues to aid Cooke County students with the cost of higher education at North Central Texas College.
