Mr. & Mrs. David Hicks Smith Ag Scholarship

David and Elnora Smith established the Mr. & Mrs. David R. Smith in Memory of Mr. & Mrs. David Hicks Smith Scholarship Fund.
This endowed scholarship is given to Cooke County residents who enroll in agriculture or agriculture related fields at NCTC. Recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Selection of this scholarship will be based upon the recommendations of the NCTC Agriculture Scholarship Committee or their designee.
