Norris Dill Memorial Scholarship

Nursing students at North Central Texas College will benefit from a scholarship in memory of Norris Michael Dill, who lived only a short time, but in that time made a big impact on everyone who met him. His family and friends have made sure that his memory will live on through the Norris Dill Memorial Scholarship at NCTC. Recipients must be Cooke County residents who are pursuing a nursing major and maintain a 3.0 GPA.
