Earl B"Rusty" Hadlock Scholarship

The Earl B. Hadlock Scholarship was established by the NCTC’s former President Dr. Eddie Hadlock in honor of his father Earl B. “Rusty” Hadlock. The recipient of the Earl B. “Rusty” Hadlock Scholarship must maintain a minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA.
