Bellows Family Scholarship

Laura & Lyle Bellows established the Bellows Family Scholarship for NCTC students who have a financial need. The first preference will be a student who is a resident of Cooke County; second preference is a student who is a resident of Texas. A minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA must be maintained.
