Cooke County Retired School Personnel

The Cooke County Retired Personnel made a donation to the NCTC Foundation to establish a scholarship to assist second-year students at NCTC. The scholarship is given annually to a graduate of a Cooke County high school who has successfully completed two semesters as a full-time student at NCTC. A minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA must be maintained.
