Family and friends in memory of Edmund and Vera Hoff Conrady

Edmund and Vera Hoff Conrady were descendants of pioneer farming families in Clay and Archer counties. Their grandparents emigrated from Germany in order to own land, farm, and raise their children in freedom. Edmund was the first young man from the town of Windthorst to attend college and was in the first high school graduation class. He was a farmer and rancher who loved the land- especially the land of Texas. Edmund and Vera Conrady were the parents of six children. They continue to value agriculture and education because of their parents and the legacy left to them.
