Julie Turbeville Eberhart Scholarship

Ben and Mary Ellen Turbeville established the Julie Turbeville Eberhart Scholarship in honor of their late daughter, a nurse who received her training at NCTC. Persons who are a US citizen and a resident of Cooke County pursing a degree in the health field are eligible for this award. Preference will be given to applicants who are at least 19 years of age and have financial need. A minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA must be maintained.
