Mary & Louis Pitcock, Jr. Scholarship

Mary and Louis Pitcock, Jr. established the Mary & Louis Pitcock, Jr. Scholarship to assist residents of Young County that have graduated from an accredited high school. The scholarship will be awarded to an academic or technical major as long as the recipient plans to use his/her skills for the benefit of society and is a serious student with a degree plan on file. The recipient should exhibit good citizenship, character and leadership qualities, evidence of community involvement as well as past experience in his/her field of study. Recipient can either be a full-time or part-time student and a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA must be maintained.
